as i flipped right and left and right again on my bed, i jus couldnt fall asleep, wo you tai duo gan chu le. as i was lying on my bed, lots of memories and flashbacks went thru my brains. and there 're 3 greatest regrets of my life in yj.

1) spoiling the greatest sister friendship ever.

2) blaming chinyang for the adiv loss and ignoring him for god knows how long. stupid really

3) freaking ponning sch so many times when i could've been spending time with the class.

as i look back, all of these, could be avoided one way or another. and as im typing, the hinge of regret grows. and i shall not type anymore. dont know why, just had this strong urge to type it out on the blog.

It was graduation today. After much tears, joy, laughter, anger, spite, disappointment, triumphs,the 2 years in jc, has finally come to an end. It was an undescribale feeling today. On one hand, i was thinking, good riddance to YJ, but den again, thinking back, YJ has not only given me the jc education, it has given me much much more.

Looking back..

I set my first footprints in YJ on 2nd jan 2008, as i grudgingly dragged myself, to wake up after a laid back holiday, at 6am in the morning to meet yingying, to take 169 (yes i still rmb) as i didnt know where on earth was YJ, we waited "anticipating" for the us to come. On the bus, we were skeptical abt yj, and what it'll bring, and we were debating, if that senior on the bus, who was kenyon, was a yj student, as both of us didnt know where to alight, we just followed kenyon and THANKFULLY, we reached YJ in one piece. we went to the board to check our OGs and to my relief, i wasnt in the same OG as you know who.

i was in OG 11, tgt with my FIRST FRIEND in yj, Julia Kwan Jia Yi. we had lots of fun and even forged an intense rivarly with the den, pae OG 3. For some reason, we just didnt like the looks of each other. those were the times. On the first day of my life in YJ, as i was late for chingay training @.@ dear junyan guided me to the backgate as i was at a total lost as to where it was, and sadly, it was LOCKED. At that time, i was thinking, stupid sch, why on earth did you lock the backgate, wad's the point of building it in the first place, and guess i wad i did? yeap, as i was eager not to be late for chingay, i CLIMBED over the gate. Imagine doing that on your first day of jc, what an impression to make to the sch eh? and as expected, i got a telling off by my GP tutor now, miss cara mok, who was in charge of OG 11. LOL

Den, after 5days of fun with OG11, we moved on to our PAE class, P12 <3 where, thankfully, i was with the most fun loving ppl ever. julia was in the same class as me and so was yingying. i was like, phew, at least i know ppl in this class. On the first day with p12, i was busy trying to make friends @.@ and much to my AMAZEMENT, mr wen YEJIU chose me as CT rep as i was sitting like an "ahbeng" . He'll go on to regret his decision. :D LOL really, the times with p12 were one of my best times in YJ, i was with the clique tgt with evelyn diana (who was from OG3, and there were inital "conflict" ) wenyan and yingying. In general, the class was pretty bonded for the short 1mth we were tgt. Now you must be curious why i said mr wen would regret his decision, as i was INCLINED to go to nyjc, i kept going to nyjc to crash and i ponned lessons. I had enjoyable time in maths tho', ohh, GP too! but still i keep going nyjc to crash tgt with evelyn. den slowly, my attendance for PAE was almost as good as my JAE's =x hhaa! as much of my class will know. my j2 class that is. that was where, i joined alvin's OG on one day where evelyn didnt join me at nyjc. that, was where i met, nicol aloy emilyn who went on to be very good friends with me. right nicol? :D rmb the first time we dota tgt, and we totally quarrelled? rofl.
really there are so many things abt p12 i wanna say, but too bad :( realise how many things i typed alr? and im only still at pae -.- k but i must say this, im EXTREMELY proud to say, i didnt go to a single econs tutorial during pae =x

Ok come JAE, as you can see, i was rejected from NYJC since i only had 13 points. as i was a yjcian alr b4 JAE even started, i had a sneak peak of who was in my OG . who came to be known as OG 14. and to my amazement, that "pretty" girl that i met in nyjc, in alvin's OG, was in my OG. at first i was like, sure anot? really so coincidental, so i msg alvin to get emilyn's no. to confirm is it was her. and low (emilyn LOW) :D LOL and behold, wow such coincidence do happen. my vague memories of OG14 only revolves around patricia emilyn shannon alvin sean and jingwen :( lol since we were pretty much a clique =x hahas! rmb how we dance the couple dance, and how emilyn and me saboed shannon and pat up stage in replacement of us, since ALVIN SEOW JING HE, GRR LOL, wanted to sabo us. hmm, den, em and me frequented NYJC since we were so "desperate" to get into NYJC, with these many trips on 853, we became very good friends. but, these attempts failed :( lol but thankfully it did, if not i wouldn't have blazed yj and left so many memories. bitter and sweet.

So, after i confirmed my status as an yjcian, i chose my subject combi as econs maths physics and h1lit, but changed my mind tgt with shnannon as we stepped into the den ctg 111, for some reason, we find them unfriendly =x and shannon wanted to go back to his paeclass, so i jus, ok lor let's change class. and i changed to my current subject combi of h2 maths physics lit and h1 econs. i initally regretted it as i was FLUNKING my lit, zz and as all my friends know by now, i told almost everyone i dindt like my class. =x cuz starting most of them alr knew each other from pae and hung out with each other, i was pretty much ostracised @.@ lol and so, i hanged out with xueer initally whom which i was tasked to "take care" of by Julia. and so i did, problem is she didnt really need any taking care of x). slowly, i integrated with the class and i enjoyed the times tgt with yangjie weiqin and xueer where xueer will always psycho me to pon lit with her. and i did willingly lOL. much to miss tan's displeasure and i'll probably incur her wrath and get blown away by tons of sarcastic attacks by her. as time passed, the class grew and became a class, by sadly, it was only coming to the end of the year, did we reallybond tgt. and i was labelled as the "try to act funny but not funny guy" as husnian and bra would always put me down when i tried to make a joke. it was goood fun tho'.

Ok, backtrack abit. roughly around july 2008, iwas "pulled" by cheewee to join the cheerleading for peirce house for track and field day, which was where i met one of my best friends in yj. ok maybe i knew her b4 that but grew closer with the event. and that, was our dearest peirce house captain. for the first cheer leading trg, i was "indimidated" by aly and i was pretty much pissed with her as she threw her weight around. at least that was my first impression of her. alright skip skip skkip, we had good fun preparing for the cheerleading and took lots of photos. for refereance, please read my archives. x) alright, den for some reason, i grew attached to the hse excos and became good friends, paticularly yx and the zero integrity vice captain cheewee. and subsequently i joined the house com. ohh yeah, the ballerina, was EPIC LOL. if u guys could rmb.. LOL

fast forward to promos. we were, stressed out, saw numerous breakdowns, studied alot with chinyang shaowei and alvin, tgt with yingying and jasmine. shall not go into the details, and subsequently, i got promoted and as we saw many of our friends retain, srsly, it wasnt a good feeling. but life had to go on.

I must dedicate one long para for the greatest cca in yj. BASKETBALL. that, was where i met chinyang shaowei shouheng junyan david and all the great ppl in bball. im very proud to say i got 3 classmates in bball, jean xueer shunyu :D bball was another great episode of n my life in yj. we trainned hardtgt and chinyang was a good captain and role model never ponning a training and even made extra trainings. we bonded well , VERY WELL, tgt, WO men shi xiong di! :D den bball camp, where we played bball till like 5am in the morning. and we ate ah kok chicken wing.yum.
it was really a great experience, the bond with them, all the time we crapped joke worked hard, trained, tgt, it's hard to explain. i rmb, the IJ match, where i really wanted to prove myself, that i can do it, i can make it to the team but failed miserably at the attempt, i srsly cried, i jus broke down, and all the bros, were there for me, especially alvin. really,thanks guys. hmm.

As we went into j2, i grew closer with my current clique of friends, with yx pohsin zhengrui keqin cw they all, and met every fri for lunch during break. sadly we werent in the same class. they were really good friends who were there for me, every friday, i enjoyed all those gossiping sessions, abt scandals of ppl :D LOl, see la yx influence me become scuh a gossiper x) LOL jk. they were there for me during my worst period in yj, ok shall not elaborate. so were some of my classmates. hmm and all my close friends, tracy yy jasmine weiqin jon weiling, hmm if i didnt mention some sorry huh =/ ok, i really very lazy type le, shall rush thru the remaining things.

a div, was a painful experience and no shall not type much.

Ohh yeah, how could i forget my times as an OGL for ctg 119 :D they were a bunch of ppl, who really gave me a hard time bonding them =x thank goodness i chose the right icebreaking game on day2. and also day 4 the game from the external vendor. ok lazy type =x refer to archive.

but there is a certain group of ppl i cannot shortchange. and must must must must must dedicate an entire para to them. the class of 210 2009. as obama said, YES WE CAN.that was the summary of the speech husnian gave for the class during grad ceremony just now. after we were amazed at how we survived promos, we went on with JC2. at the start, we promised ourselves that we'll not repeat the same mistakes we did in j1, and will strive hard for j2, and let's ask oursselves, how many of us did that ? =/ LOL not me at least. from the class i didnt like in j1, it grew to the class i liked ALOT in j2. with xueer syaf ricky chenhong and bra leaving us :( our classed lacked the laughter and vibrancy that they brought, but we got used to it and as jiajie and guobin joined the class, we slowly EVOLVED into the class we are now. 210 :D i will really miss you guuys, first, let's go by register number shall we? =/

1) jennifer, and kenneth, better known as kennifer =/ (dont kill me during alevels =/ ) hmmm, jennifer was known for her computer like handwriting as she amazes us time and again with her extremely neat hand writing.

2) in stark contrast, kang eng hwee , LOL dont kill me =/ , whose handwriting, ok, u get the idea :D . she was great and i always asked her for favours when needing to print stuff =/ and i enjoyed talking to her on msn as she is almost always online. she's really nice and someone i could trust in calss.

3)jeannete, ALVIN SEOW lol quiet by nature, but as i got to know her better, u'll be like WOW. Lol.

4)Jolene , lol my tribal mate,=/ she was the target of suans by my class, but well, she always , ok often, took in her stride. and always made us laugh.

5) Weiqin! the only sole survival of the person whose subject combi is the same as mine! omigosh, she's sincere and like, idk how to explain, but ill definately not say nancy drew in front of her =/ she helped me alot especially in lit as i ponned lessons, sick, mc etc. lol really, my heartfelt appreciation for her! please spare me, i really wanna type more abt you but look at the time! hahas! =/

7)shannon, gosh, talk more man! was the person i knew for the longest in the class in yj!

8) shunyu, omg, i finally found someone who's taller than me =/

9) husnian, the rep of our class for the speech today, entertaining, but could get irritaitng sometimes. and i really must thankhim for being my buddy which was not easy, since i hardly come to sch =/ and he had to keep all my notes @.@

10) LMS gosh, another guy, who i can really click with, and we keep suaning AHEM tgt :D

11)Melvin!the most charismatic person in our class, and really funny chap! aha! but not as funny as me tho :D LOL

YAY! ASD CONNEXION WAS GREATT LOL. thought i was posted to some grp names uthania? lol idk how to spell, theme of the asd connexion today was olympics, since YOG is next year, and the different grps was named after differnet countries. YY was USA, llol, thier cheer was obama! LOL hahashs! hmmm, i had fun and the games were greatt! especially liked the water bomb since i didnt get wet and i made nicholas rao get VERY wet LOL LOL LOL. hmmm. Lol the sequence of the events are jumbled up since i just type what i rmb... LOl. yeahhh i reached the vivo sentosa express entrance damn punctually at 845 and waited for the others to arrive. since we were waiting, and doing nth muhch, shanshan SABO-ed me to come up with a game. Lol impromtu leh. still nvm, sabo-ed me alr, i thought of whacko, Lol duh. easiest=/ , nvm, she say, since i was the one who thought of the game, i start being the whacker...! ZZZLOL, i always kena arrow in ASD de T.T Lol but it was good fun haha! den we played blow wind blow yupppp.. hahhas!
after the whole event, where the graduates left , sobs * and wenqing went on to a new mission and became the vice-SD chief, sob sob* LOL we went to have our, at least my, much looked forwardededed lunch! omgosh i was so darn hungry =/ hahahs! ohh yeah, forgot, i swallowed a handful of sand when playing volleyball, EWW YUCKS! =/ hahas!

and den, today there was a new CIC called Mavis. sound familiar? yeah thats my maths tution centre. lolll and she was from from from none other than YJ! LOL but lao jiao alrd, graduated in ... erm 2004? Lol, and she took lit too! same as me hahas! had a good talk with her enquiry abt my future, since she's being a teacher too! hahas! yupp yupp that about rounds up my eventful monday! lol

as i dragged myself up and went moodily to sch today, i took bus 855. while it passed by peirce, i felt a gush of strong emotion to join the other students to go to peirce. i recently dread going to yj. for various reasons. i miss peirce. it gave me all the fun and happy memories juxtaposed to yj who gave me bitter sweet. Recently, i digressed back to the emo stage. i wonder why. perhaps there are many factors. owell, i still cant come to terms with myself and keep blaming myself for what has became, if not for my stupidity and "impulse" things may have been brighter. it's ironic that i was doing disgrace today in lit lectuut re, Lurie was ruled by impulse. while this regret may attack me to a lesser extent now, i cant help it but still feel down. I reached sch relatively early today, and i was the first to reach class. It took me a while to finally realise why i was so down aft those random thoughts on the bus. I had a major quarrael with my parents the previous night and this morning. idk why, im so frequently near my top that at the slightest provokation i would jus blow, and that's not very helpful since my mum is exactally the same. it's weird, but the family bonding, at least to me, is not there anymore. when ever i go home, it doesnt feel like a homecoming, although they are one of us, i cant help but feel alien, quotes from disgrace on alientaion succintly summarised everything. it hurts everysingle time she scolds me for what i din do, where's the trust so essential in the family? you talk abt not venting ur emotions on others, and you're doing exactally what you taught not to do, what a ideal example. every single time my parents quarrel, i used to feel, sad. but now, it happens so frequently, it might just have a slight tingling feeling in the heart and thats it. they do not understand, what i hope for this family, and whenever i try to make it right, they always see it as i did something wrong and start yelling their head off. perhaps they are just intellectually elusive and oblivious to the surroundings. hyped so much abt their so called values they strive in their efforts to inculcate into me that they forgot about the very basic thing called communication. i no longer have the determination nor the motivation to fix things. just let it be. i dont really care anymore. if this is going to be the way, in all aspects stated above, so be it.

as much as she cant stop me from liking her, i too, cant deny her from her choice as to deal with it
